Rebecca was the first Comprehensive Classical Pilates Teacher in West Wales, when she opened her studio in 2006
After a minor car accident left her with a significant back issue in 2004, she decided to train in Classical Pilates to help overcome this. To date, her back no longer gives her issues after regularly practising the Method.
From the age of 4, Rebecca spent 17 years of rigorous training in Classical Ballet and Jazz until an unfortunate operation aimed at addressing a hearing impairment resulted in a loss of balance, necessitating the use of a discreet hearing aid. Her balance issues have since been significantly helped by the Classical Pilates Method.
